学霸的电竞梦
据悉，翻译小姐姐名叫夏安，毕业于香港大学哲学系，是英雄联盟职业联赛官方英文主持人。
2019年夏安还在上大学，LPL发布了招聘的信息，对于电子竞技感兴趣的她投了简历，在参加了5、6轮涉及主持技巧、语言能力和表演技巧的面试之后，夏安开始了LPL和LCK的翻译工作。
夏安 不仅精通英语，韩语也很优秀。她最早进入大众视野，就是从LCK开始的，当时她兼职LCK的韩语翻译工作，尤其是在世界赛期间，承担了很多同声传译的工作。

英雄联盟的主持们都是内外兼修、才貌双全，有许多高学历学霸。夏安加入LPL时，边上学边工作，压力不小，尤其是期中期末考试正好碰到赛季时。
在接受柴西采访时，夏安谈到2020年世界赛时，赛季碰上考试，她考试考到一半，就把电脑开着，立刻跑到台上翻译，翻译完后回来继续考试。
夏安在香港大学正式结业后，签约了Bilibili，2021年年初，LPL英文流想做一个新的板块——英文的赛后采访，夏安很自然地被选为LPL英语主持人。

如何驾驭多种语言
同时驾驭几种语言并不简单，夏安是怎么做到的呢？
在接受ONE Esports的采访时，夏安说她从2012年开始就在新加坡学习，因为所有的课程都是用英文教授，所以自然而然地学会了英语。
至于韩语，因为她很喜欢韩国的流行音乐，之前也看过一些LCK的比赛，大学期间又学习了一些韩语的课程，更重要的是，她一直在练习这些语言。
“I had studied in Singapore since 2012 and easily picked up English because all the courses were taught in the language. As for Korean, I was interested in K-pop and watched a lot of LCK matches. I also took up some Korean-related courses at university. Besides, I kept practicing those languages.”

另外，她对电子竞技行业一直都抱有兴趣，后来意识到中文、韩语和英文是这个行业最常用的三种语言，所以她就投入更多努力去练习这些语言。

语言学习者在学习过程中会碰到不少困难，对于夏安来说也不例外。
比如给国外选手做翻译的时候，夏安很怕他们说一些自己不明白的英文梗，而且有时候很多人有北欧口音，理解起来也有难度。
夏安记得2019年第一次站在摄像机前做LCK中文流的同声传译时，整个身体都在抖，大脑一片空白，在镜头前说不出话来，超级紧张。
但最后她还是试着继续下去，因为她知道这就是她必须要做好的工作，必须让自己冷静下来，将所有事情都处理好。
夏安在采访中坦言对于自己的英语依然没有那么自信，还有很多需要提高的地方，她对语言学习的建议就是要多练习。
除了翻译，夏安也是一个尽责的主持人：
“During the interviews, I am not representing myself but LPL English or the whole LPL. So I think I bear the responsibility of setting up all the questions well, and faithfully translating every sentence.”

LOL 是游戏名字 League of Legends的缩写。LOL是一款 团队合作（team work）5V5的游戏，一个队伍有5位成员，这里5位队友便是你的 alliance（联盟、已方），而对面5位便是你的 enemy（敌方）。
那么在一个团队中，每个人都会有自己的位置以及自己的功能。以下是游戏中不同位置的分类：
ADC=Attack damage carry，选择这个角色的英雄一般有很高的物理伤害力，但同时也很容易凉。比如说：寒冰射手/Ashe
APC=Ability power carry，这个角色的英雄的魔法伤害力很高，也是我们所说的“法师”。比如：暮光星灵/Zoe
在这两个角色里都有“carry”这个单词，大家都肯定知道carry是个动词，有“带着”的意思。但在游戏中，经常会听到有人说： “我carry你”，在这里表示的是 “带领着大家走向胜利”。
SUP=Support，顾名思义就是辅助，这类英雄在团队中主要是帮助队友完成击杀，保护ADC。比如：牛头酋长/Alistar
JG=Jungler，打野。靠地图里的野区资源成长并帮助队友取得优势，比如：德玛西亚皇子/Jarvan IV。
TANK也就是坦克，这类的角色血量很多，装备很厚，主要是帮助队友抵挡伤害。
当进入到游戏地图里，每个角色将会分别去上中下路。也就是 Top lane（上路）, middle lane（中路）还有 bottom lane（下路）。在游戏里，我们难免会遇到打游戏很菜的人，那么我们可以叫他 noob（菜鸟）。
在游戏中，打了特定的野怪或者大龙的时候会得到一个特殊的光环，这个就是 buff。
在形容词中，buff可以表示很强。那么作为一个动词buff是变强变壮，在游戏中代表增强状态，也就是说角色的攻击力会得到增益。
（这就是能帮助英雄角色加持的“蓝爸爸”与“红爸爸”）
当英雄角色到达6级的时候，将会获得大招，当你想要队友说“有大招”就可以说“ have ult”，ult是 ultimate的缩写。

所以在游戏中，ultimate是表示大招（最终手段）的意思。
在用掉大招之后，总是要等待很长时间，也就是等 CD。CD可不是表示光盘，而是“ cooldown”的缩写，也就是冷却时间。
所以在游戏中，我们也理解为用掉大招后需要等待恢复使用，就像我们运动完心率升高需要时间慢慢恢复正常。在游戏结束时大家会发“ GG”，是“good game”的缩写。在原来“GG”表示这是一场好游戏，但现在反而衍生出 “完蛋了”，“游戏结束”的意思。
